"Assisting Older Adults With Their Personal and Financial Affairs"
I found my vocational calling when a long-time client asked if she could appoint me to handle her affairs if she became incapacitated. Since she had no family members to rely on, I agreed...and thus began my professional fiduciary career.
I’ve been self-employed since 2001 and my business has evolved over the years from housecleaning to home organizing to daily money management to serving in legally appointed fiduciary roles as the needs of aging clients have changed.
I am a member of Metro Guardians and Conservators, Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association, and the MN Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship.
Before starting my business, I was a stay-home mom and volunteer. Before that, I worked for 8 years in financial firms as an Investment Associate and Series 7 Registered Sales Assistant (IDS Financial Services and others) and graduated from the U of MN with a B.A. in International Relations.
I love what I do – working with and for older adults. Being a professional fiduciary brings all of my life experiences and skills to bear as I serve and advocate for clients. The work is extremely challenging since clients suffer from failing health, anxiety, dementia, brain injuries, and chronic disorganization…but terribly rewarding.
Clients tell me they don’t know what they’d do without me, but it goes both ways. I’ve benefited greatly from professional relationships with older adult clients.
"My mission is to provide superior
service that will result in improved
quality of life, protection of assets,
and peace of mind for my clients.”
